One of the best parts of our community at Heritage Office Suites is getting to know our members. We enjoy being able to learn more about what everyone does not just on a professional level, but on a personal one as well. We recently had the chance to learn more about Tara Devers and her business and we hope you enjoy getting to learn more about Tara as well – Take a look!

Hi, Tara! Tell me a little bit about what you do at TNG Associates, LLC and what kind of services your company offers.

We provide services to the government and government buildings such as Armed Guards, Medical Staffing, Support Services, Subject matter experts. Something we are proud of is growing from 1 to 50 employees in only 3 years. We currently have staff in Texas, California, and Virginia and because our business is monthly government based, our contracts are usually done via bid.

How did you get into your current career?

After graduating from College, I started working for a government contractor and I learned everything I could from the company. Once I was able to make companies that I worked for successful by winning contracts, I decided to go out on my own.

What can people expect from meeting with you?

That I am friendly but have a strong business mindset.

What is something about your business that most people do not know?

We provide all support services to Federal, State, Local government as well as to other businesses

Where do you see your business in 5 years?

Is see TNG growing with offices in 50 states in the next 5 years

What about your job inspires you?

Being able to support and help the military men and women.

Give us a little background on yourself. (where are you from, family, education, hobbies, etc.…)

I was born in Missouri and grew up in Kentucky. I moved to Virginia after college and met my husband, George Devers. My husband and I have 3 children, Ken, Brittni and Breanna. I also graduated from WKU with a business degree and received a Contract Management certification for University of California, Irvine. My hobbies are working and traveling.

Other than work, what inspires you?

My children! They are my world.

I choose Heritage Office Suites because it is reasonable in price and is in a good location.
