Tell us about your company and what you do?

I am a pet business consulting agency that works with other pet facility owners in a wide array of services.  Aside from being a business coach, I travel all over the United States and Canada offering on-site consulting services to help other business owners manage the many needs of their business.

I am also an industry keynote speaker and presenter at national-level pet industry education seminars and conventions. Further, I founded Pet Business REVolution and Leadership REVolution educational workshops that provide training and development for business owners and their leadership teams.

What motivates you at work?

I’ve always been self-motivated due to a fear of failure in life and not wanting to end up on the streets or share a basement at my mom’s house.  I wake up early and get my day started.  My day is driven by my work and by my creative goals to always be producing something of value.

What advice would you give to other businesses?

Discipline.  Without discipline, many businesses fail.  Manage the minutes of the day, deliver an excellent product, deliver even BETTER customer service, and operate with integrity.

I teach that “our jobs are more than our jobs”.  Your job is just a part of your life and legacy.  We will be remembered for WHO we were and not WHAT we did.  Your job is just a vessel to show who you really are.  Be amazing.

Why did you choose Heritage Office Suites?

Well, after a curve ball was thrown my way, I found myself looking for a new office space.  I came across Heritage and after the tour, was immediately hooked.  I love the little community here and have found it’s a perfect setup for what I need!

How has working here helped you and your business?

It’s provided me with a nice space to work and conduct business.  It’s well-kept and I’ve made some new acquaintances.  Now, if we could just agree on the A/C settings!
